The Planning & Construction Department oversees all aspects of designing, building, renovating, and improving the facilities of Laramie County School District 1. Our mission is to ensure that every LCSD1 building supports a safe, modern, and effective learning environment for students, staff, and the community.

We manage projects from initial planning through final construction, working to ensure district facilities remain functional, efficient, and aligned with long‑term educational and operational goals.

Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department supports the students, staff, and schools of Laramie County School District 1 by securing the goods and services needed for high‑quality instruction and daily district operations. We work to ensure every purchase is cost‑effective, compliant, and aligned with the educational mission of LCSD1.

Our team partners with vendors, schools, and district departments to promote responsible spending, transparent processes, and timely delivery of materials that support student learning.
